Heading to The Bridge
This summer, I’ll be at The Bridge. A two-month hacker house with 35 36 engineers, each working on something ambitious. Should be fun.
I wasn't really planning for this, but the opportunity came up through a recent hackathon and it lined up well with my graduation. I’m looking forward to building, learning, and working alongside people who are just as deep into their own ideas.
Thanks to Estelle Charveriat, Maxence Jamet, and the Entrepreneurs First team for making it happen.
Building AI Agents, Visually
I ended up getting into The Bridge through a project I built during the Entrepreneurs First Builders League hackathon in Milan. The challenge was to build whatever you wanted to, which was cool. I put together a visual system for building AI agents. kind of like Scratch, but for voice and automation. You can drag and drop blocks to create workflows that handle:
- 🗣️ Voice input (like phone calls)
- 💬 Text (WhatsApp, SMS, etc.)
- 🎙️ TTS (text-to-speech)
- ⚡ Webhooks to connect to other tools
The point is to make building AI tools more accessible. no code, just blocks. The hackathon was a good time. Shoutout to everyone who helped make it a solid experience. Maxence, Estelle, Antoine, and the rest of the EF crowd.
What’s Next
The plan is to use my time at The Bridge to keep building, try out new ideas, and figure out what works. More than anything, I want to see what it takes to create momentum without needing a program like this around me. It’s a great setup, smart people, interesting problems, and space to experiment. At the end, we’re heading to San Francisco to show what we’ve built and figure out next steps.
If you’re thinking about applying to The Bridge, check it out, I highly recommend it. It’s a great way to meet people, get feedback, and push your ideas forward.
